My team of engineers, academics, professionals and partners have been working for the past several years to establish explicit link between investment in CSR, Employee Engagement and Culture of Innovation. We believe that doing well and doing good can be achieved all together.

We constantly proof-concept our system thinking and strategic design together with our innovative members, global partners as well as educational and governmental institutes. Hence, we successfully execute ground projects in those developing countries, which are on the market roadmap of business partners.

About Inspire40Percent:

Having volunteered the Vodafone Foundation Network for many years, I decided to kick-off my own humanitarian aid project in India, joined a partnership with Liter of Light Bangalore early 2015, who were quickly recognised by the UNESCO the same year. Encouraged by the achievements, I decided to found Inspire40Percent, which provides CSR consultancy in support of innovative and sustainable ground projects across the globe. Meanwhile, our programme scope has been further developed and is being shaped by our Million Innovators Academy.

At Inspire40Percent we live the vision to empower at least 40 percent of the world´s population to drive the necessary socio-economic change locally with the support of a huge global network of corporate partners, individuals as well as institutes within education, healthcare and governmental sectors. Today, we are proud to have more than 7.000 members associated to our content platform already and several ground projects successfully completed.
