Tripti is a business transformation professional with deep expertise in SAP and other ERP suites. As part of her social responsibility, she is co-found Litre of Light Bangalore, leads crowd-funding to support its mission and oversees all litre of light projects in India. Furthermore, Tripti leads all chapter programs in India.

Kinjal Dodhia, Senior Relationship Manager, helps engaging corporates, professionals and social activist with strategic web content design for Inspire40Percent. She graduated as Financial Expert with emphasis on Venture Capital at Mumbai University prior to her move to Germany to progress her business career.

Pankaj is a retired banker, IT professional, full time executive and life coach running his own firm. As a public-speaker, active volunteer with various non-profit organizations, Pankaj co-founded Liter of Light Bangalore and is accountable for tangible value from limited resources. He is based in South India.
Tina Voelkel

Tina Voelkel has been working within telecommunications as Contract Manager Business Partners since decades. Next to her senior business role, she runs her own company focussing endurance sports, rehabilitation and nutrition. In her free time she volunteers Inspire40Percent as Manager for Endurance Events as well as German web content designer and motivational speaker. Tina lives and works in Germany.
